Will I receive a detailed breakdown of costs?

Yes. We provide a fully itemized estimate that shows the specific pricing for every repair and upgrade included in your project.

Do you provide 3D renderings?

We offer sketches of the work areas and 3D renderings for any projects involving new cabinetry to help you finalize the design.

What happens to my furniture and belongings during a full remodel?

Depending on the size of the project, we can pack up your belongings and store them in a secure container on-site or move them to an off-site facility until the work is finished. We also handle the unpacking once the remodel is complete.

What if I find something that needs a touch-up at the end?

When the main work is finished, we do a final walkthrough with you. We’ll identify any small touch-ups or details that need attention. We don’t consider the job done until those items are completed.

Are the people working in my house covered by insurance?

Yes, all of our trades carry General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance to protect you and your property.

Will this remodel increase my home’s value?

Yes. Upgrading kitchens, baths, roofs, and outdoor areas increases both the equity and the resale value of your property.

How long will the project take?

Timelines depend on the specific materials you choose and the schedule for local permits and inspections. We provide an estimated schedule once the scope of work is finalized.

Will I be able to live in the house while you work?

It depends on how much of the house is being renovated. We can talk through the project scope early on to help you decide if staying in the home is feasible.
